Sometimes called “South African Jade” after where it originates, is a mottled green variety of glossularite garnet. Buddstone is described as metamorphic rock, because it consists of various different minerals. The green color is due to green minerals like fuschite or chlorite which can be found in small amounts in the stone.

Picture is representative of the specimens you will receive. Each rock is unique and will vary in shape, size and appearance. No two rocks will be exactly alike.

STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.  In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material.  Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.
