A portion of its sales will be given to the organization Naturschutzbund Deutschland e.V. (NABU) for the “Oceans Without Plastic” project which includes organizing cleaning operations on beaches and riverbanks. With this, NABU is actively working towards the protection of the world's oceans and coasts in a preventative way and making a significant contribution to the preservation of the habitat of all sea creatures.

STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.  In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material.  Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find. The first one I ordered from another seller was stolen from my front porch, and the second from a different seller was inexplicably canceled by the seller en route to my house. Enter Stevenson’s Toys, which is literally on the other side of the country.
